Consumer Information and General Contract Conditions

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions, as well as all policies and documents referred to therein (hereinafter “GTC”), apply to all orders placed via social media pages and related private chats, emails, websites and mobile applications owned and/or operated by or on behalf of Valenza di Letizia Tosetti (VAT number 02774430066) and/or all legal entities attributable to it.

Before ordering the products (as defined below), please read these GTC carefully. By ordering our products, you accept and are bound by:

a. these TCG
b. our Privacy Policy
c. confirmation that you have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts and are of legal age in your country to do so.

If we have reason to believe that these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

1.2. Contracting Party

The websites for the sale of products via the Internet are managed by:

📍 Invoicing must take place in the country of delivery destination. If the shipping destination is in the United Kingdom or outside the EU, the GTC of the corresponding country apply..

1.3. Modification of the TCG

We reserve the right to modify the GTC at any time. The modifications will take effect from the date of publication on the site. Orders already placed remain subject to the GTC in force at the time of purchase.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS

2.1. Invitation to purchase

All products offered on the Seller's social media and websites are an invitation to purchase and not a binding offer. Orders are subject to acceptance at the Seller's discretion.

Reasons why an order may not be accepted include, but are not limited to:

a. duplicate orders or orders that are inconsistent with our offer
b. missing information for personalization
c. failure to authorize payment
d. negative result of a credit check
e. violation of the TCG
f. suspected involvement in fraudulent activity
g. non-consumer customer (but retailer or business))

In the event of non-acceptance, the customer will be informed and no amount will be charged.

2.2. Order phases, contract completion, shipping

There is no binding contract until the order is formally accepted.

Order phases:

a) The customer sends the order complete with all the necessary information: model, color, size, type of gold (yellow, white, pink, where applicable), personal and billing information. Incomplete or incorrect orders will not be taken into consideration.
b) All products are made of 18-karat gold with precious stones, semi-precious stones or natural pearls.
c) Delivery addresses at couriers, PO boxes or third-party shipping services are not accepted. Non-compliant orders may be cancelled.
d) Once the order has been received, the customer will receive a confirmation by email or via social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) containing all the details (addresses, products, final price, payment/shipping methods).
e) The customer accepts the price and characteristics of the product ordered, without the possibility of subsequent changes.
f) Sending the order constitutes a binding contractual proposal. The contract is considered perfected with the acceptance by the seller.

Nota bene: Please note: In the absence of indications on the measurements, the following standard measurements will be used:

  • Bracelets: 17 cm

  • Rings: size 14

  • Necklaces: 42 cm

3. PRICES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

3.1. Product prices

The prices shown refer only to the cost of the product. Any additional costs (shipping, charges related to specific payment methods) will be clearly communicated to the customer before confirming the order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Total price

The total price includes the product, shipping costs and any surcharges. Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

4.2. Payment Methods

a) Debit/Credit Card
We will verify that the data provided (name, address, card) is correct. The customer's identity can be checked through third-party databases. We are not responsible for extra costs or currency conversions applied by the issuer.

b) PayPal
PayPal's conditions and privacy policy also apply.

c) Bank transfer
Available on request. The details will be provided by email after order confirmation.

4.3. Payment terms

Name and billing address must match those of the payment method. Non-compliant orders may be cancelled.

4.4. Gift vouchers / Gift Cards

The vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. They will be sent by email in printable format. After 1 year and 1 day, they will no longer be usable.

5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

The products are made within 7-14 working days from confirmation of payment. To these are added approximately 2 days for shipping.

Any delays due to force majeure or periods of high traffic will be communicated, but do not constitute grounds for withdrawal. non costituiscono causa di recesso.

For special requests outside the catalog, times may vary.

We do not ship to PO boxes.
For repairs, times vary from 7 to 14 working days.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE AND ILLEGAL RESALE

6.1. Retention of title

The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment. At the time of delivery, the risk passes to the customer.

6.2. Illicit resale

The unauthorized resale or distribution of the products is strictly prohibited. In the event of violations, we reserve all legal rights to protect our interests and to seek compensation for damages.
