Refund policy
WITHDRAWAL
Except as otherwise provided in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the date you received the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, we invite you to contact Customer Service by sending an email to clienti@letiziavalenza.it from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the amount you paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
The refund will be suspended until the receipt of the goods and until our Quality department has verified that the returned products comply with the following requirements:

The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

The document certifying the diamonds, colored stones, or jewelry must be intact and in perfect condition.

The pouch and accessories must be returned in the same condition as when received.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We inform you that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of custom-made or clearly personalized products. Therefore, personalized or modified products at your request (as indicated in the relevant product sheet) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
RETURN FOR DEFECT OR NON-COMPLIANCE
If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please indicate this as the reason for the return during your email request to clienti@letiziavalenza.it. You will be asked to attach one or more images showing the defect. Once the problem is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
