 Intellectual Property Rights

The seller retains all rights, ownership, and interest (including copyrights, designs, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights) related to the materials used on social media pages and websites, including, among other things, designs, logos, images, graphic elements, videos, and other graphic materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content").

No content presented on social media pages and websites should be interpreted as a grant of license or right to use the displayed content. The customer may freely browse the content offered on the site, download, view, or use it only for personal (non-commercial) use, provided that the content and all copyrights or other rights are unchanged. The customer is also required to include the following statement on reproductions: “©Letizia Valenza. All rights reserved.”

In addition to the above, the customer may not modify, adapt, reproduce, or alter the social media pages and/or websites, nor insert the related content into other sites or online platforms, nor use them for commercial purposes, unless prior written permission is obtained from the seller.

Letizia Valenza ® is a registered trademark owned by Letizia Tosetti. The seller monitors the use of its trademarks and takes appropriate measures against violations of intellectual property.

Jurisdiction

For any disputes arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), Alessandria will be the only competent jurisdiction. However, this does not prejudice the legal rights of the customer as a consumer in their country of residence. The seller also has the right to bring a lawsuit in the customer's place of residence.

Online Dispute Resolution for Customers

Consumers residing in the European Union should know that the European Commission has implemented an online platform for alternative dispute resolution. This platform provides an out-of-court method for resolving disputes related to sales and online service contracts. Therefore, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to resolve disputes arising from contracts entered into online with the seller.
